Burden of proof is on the... CA!!! What do you think the whole point of "validation" is, CA stooge? If you read in the archives some of the posts by others here who did the right thing and SHOWED UP for their court date with the CA the consumers WON because the CA's attorney did not prove the debt belonged to the consumer! The job of requesting validation and/or dispute of a debt lies squarely on the consumer's shoulders BUT it is the job of the CA to actually PROVE the debt is really the consumer's if the request is made.
