Perhaps because the CC and CA industry has taken so much of their profit from the poor and middle class and used it to buy their way in payoffs-aka campaign contributions...

HOW DARE THEY MAKE A PROFIT! - here is the best way to fight them, dont sign up in the first place - Live your life credit free - and live a fuller life.

You are not a modern age Robin Hood and I doubt this is Sherwood forest - So I would appreciate if you stop over dramatizing the subject. It is very cut and dry.

People get put in positions they do not want to be in. It hurts them emotionally an financially. They seek help but those who can give help often don't , ( The CC co's) thus forcing them to hide from it as the intrest that it bears accures every day. Once the debt is charged off and a few years pass - they breath a sigh of releif - only they hardly ever remove themselves from the position they were in when they fell behind - they only adapt thier life to fit that standard of living. So when a debt buying agency buys that debt - They are hammered with it - now a few thousand dollars more than what they thought they owed originally. They scream fraud - they come to these boards - hopeing to find a way to crawl back under that rock they hid under for so long - only some times they can't and they end up getting garned or thier homes get liened or perhaps they become axious or depressed because of the now realization that this debt just won't go away and thier lives are shattered. Am I making this up? Tell them the truth of how it happens. Those Enrons and WorldComs will always exist - and the CC co's will always draw a profit from thier lending. No one gives the debtor the pen to sign the ap - It is the seductive Lure of money they normally wouldnt have - This is the Curse of Capitalism

I am rambling because I am trying to make a point to you. The point no one wants to hear. I am as you would say a Troll and my opinion doesn't matter- but perhaps you should think of how much more you could help out these people by helping them overcome thier debts - the right way, by helping them NOT get into debt. EDUCATE them on the laws - but EDUCATE them on the dangers of getting into this position in the first place. Those here - those in debt beyond thier means - file bankrupcy - or work to satisfy your debts.

Avoiding the debt only hurts you more in the end. Morally and Financially.

I'm not going anywhere I plan to learn with you all, and prove to you the "Dark side" isn't as Dark as you all make it out to be. I may not be Welcome, but short of banning me - I'm going to be heard.
