Purge , what your TRYING to spread on this forum is simply pure incorrect nonsense bull .. the reason EVERY state in this country has SOL laws on the books is so that once people wake up & FINALLY realize their legal rights they can exercise their state AND federal rights if they choose .. hey im not OR have not EVER suggested telling ANYONE not to pay their bills EVER becouse good credit in our society is a must but in REALITY when times are tough sometimes people can not pay their bills for whatever reason & its simply some decide to go the " federal " BK route while others decide if they have little or no assets to go their " state " route by exercising their LEGAL rights of waiting for their said states SOL laws to kick in & take affect & ONCE THEY DO its legally over for all you scam telemarketers NO MATTER WHAT GARBAGE you TRY to spread , sure you can still sue but if BOTH show up in court YOU LOSE , PERIOD !! the 7 year remark you just quoted in another post to linda IS JUST a mark on your credit reports & nothing else as im SURE YOU KNOW & AGAIN AS IM SURE YOU KNOW every state has a SOL for LEGAL reasons in meaning once its up like here in nevada on credit cards its 4 years 3 years in north carolina 4 years in florida & so on & your wrongly quoting ohios SOL becouse from what ive read in their states statue its 4 years NOT 15 as you just incorrectly reported .. as for your crazy comment about being an individual not a sheep well babe thats EXACTLY why i post here its to help educate people in need about standing up for their LEGAL rights & to stop being that sheep that the debt collectors LOVE & NEED , to take charge & WAKE UP TO REALITY .. again , of course we all should pay our bills & thats a joke to say people dont want to pay them becouse im sure over 98 % would pay if they could but that facts are some people cant pay them anymore for whatever reason & im sure if the people that are scared for " no REAL reason " by scam telemarketers d.b.a. debt collectors again would pay their bills IF THEY COULD but this board is about truth not scare tactic garbage from unhappy commission based SCAM TELEMARKETERS that realize ALOT of people are waking up & not being those sheep that you guys NEED to make a buck , scarey huh lol .. knowledge is POWER & to SCAM TELEMARKETERS debtors pacted with knowledge means LOTS less commission to you guys , hey you MIGHT one day soon have to look into getting a real job .. look ive had my fun with ya & IM SURE you get off on your NOTHING but a bag of wind POWER TRIP by scaring some poor lil old man or woman who scrapes by to make ends meet in tough times but dont think you'll get away by coming in here with all your lies without being challanged & correcting your nonsense .. hey maybe your an attorney maybe your not but for every good attorney theres 300 louzy ones that spend their days by filing those default judgements against those florida residents making maybe 550 per week where the 1st 500's legally untouchable UNDER STATE LAW so guess you make your 25 % of that 50 bucks over the 500 , your a real crack whip attorney if thats the case by getting that judgement at 12.50 per week per customer lol , hey if that works for ya than go gettem tiger cause guess it beats standing on a corner asking for quarters & ya can ALWAYS still say yeah , im an attorney at law lmao .. im done here baby & just cant buy your garbage but hey im sure ya can ALWAYS still yell at your neighbors kid for maybe riding his bike on your driveway or somethin or i dunno maybe you can always still kick back & watch the ole grass grow , bye baby baby & kisses , kelly :)~~~
