What date is on your credit report as the charge-off date? If it is more than 7 years, send a dispute to the CRA's that it is over-age.

If it is not given, or is under 7 years, send a dispute to the CRA's that the dates are incorrect and the account is well over 7 years old.

NCO had nothing to do with it, their entry dropped off as it was over 7 years old and the stupid CRA system defaulted to the OC.
