Thanks much for the advice. Instead of sending out validation letters, I will send letters explaining, once again, that I don't have a job or any money, but hope to be reemployed within the next couple of months.

I've already consulted with a BK attorney who assures me my equity in my home is very close to the exemption, which is good enough. Thank goodness I refinanced a few years ago.
