I was also put into chexsystems from B of A due to overdraft fees (from them!) and it states "account abuse" also. You can pay what owe (if any), and then try to open an account at another bank, but as far as I know you cannot have it delted from chex systems! Also, try opening up a savings account first at the other bank to establish a relationship. Good luck!
