You have a better chance of hitting the powerball lottery than getting a CRA to send documents or even show you proof it was verified. Call them and ask for the bullseye report that shows the account was verified. They response is always the same. If you want it, subpoena it. Then they will conveniently deny it was ever in dispute and destroy the evidence. They want your reports to be bad. That is how they make all the money. If everyone had good credit then no CA or OC would need to pull your report or use their services. IT is a game that someday will come back to haunt them. I think CRA abuse is on the rise and more and more people are fighting back.
