Rusty....if you don't mimd me asking....did you have a very big balance with Sears? The reason why I ask is maybe if you don't have a very big balance they decided to leave you alone for the time being.....I am thinking they have bigger fish to fry "LIKE ME" with a huge balance. Also, I assume that you are still getting statements from them.....are they tacking on a lot of additional fees? One more thing, is the letter you received from Sears or from a collection agency?
