"No one sues out-of-statute" ??? What planet is he living on ? It happens every single day.. look at the CAMCO,ASSet Acceptance and RMA postings of people being sued for ancient debts! They make it a HABIT of suing for out-of-statute debt !

The problem is, we're spreading CORRECT information that THWARTS and frustrates CA's, even makes them PAY when we beat them in court.. and they don't like it. Awwww.. too bad, let me call in the violins !!!

Well Purge.. take your medicine, because we CAN and DO win against CA's and we will continue to spread the information on how to do so to as many people as we possibly can, here and in other venues !!!
