They most certainly ARE !!!! Their denial is ridiculous. Whatever they call themselves, debt buyers, whatever, they are registered in MY state as a collection agency. They're also members of the American Collector's Assn.. so who's foolin' who here ?? The debt is WAY past the SOL, send them WhyChat's SOL letter and tell them to go pound sand !
