When in 1998 ? Was it before December ? If so, then the SOL on has RUN OUT. They cannot sieze your home, FL has unlimited homestead exemptions ! They could go for your bank account, but they have to sue you and win first ! I'd make sure you keep very little in that bank account for a while.
