No, No, and NO !! They are NOT allowed to draft from your account w/o your specific authorization, no matter WHAT its for ! Unfortunately, once a CA has your bank account info, they WILL pull this kind of crap on you.

How did the CA manage to debit your account the FIRST time ? Did you give them the information or was it the bank itself that pulled the NSF fees out of your account ??

Whatever you do, you shouldn't have to prove much to the bank, except that you didn't authorize any CA to draft from your account, the bank shouldn't need to know anything else. You also need to tell them that you want any and all transactions from that CA to be blocked, otherwise they may do it again !
