Also, I did not receive anything from the bank or sheriff regarding the car. The repo guys just came and took the car and, after that, I didn't hear from anybody until now. The original bank was sold to another bank and neither one pursued anything until this CA.

I did look on your site for the SOL letter ... what do I need to modify? I've read that a repo is not an open account but it is not a written contract either. You said that the only claim would be for a deficiency JUDGEMENT ... does that mean that it would need to have come from some type of judicial court?
