Nco is huge and think they can do anything they want. You need to get ahold of your bank early in the morning tomorrow and let them know these are unauthoroized charges. Also tell them to block this company. Then call nco or send a certified letter telling them to take the amount of the checks out of the $1000 FDCPA fine they just racked up or you will file criminal fraud charges against them.
