I have one last question hopefully for whomever may have the answer. I have read how to file an answer & it is all still so confusing. I think that is why they file these suits because of the difficulty in understanding all the legal mumbo jumbo that people like me just throw up there hands & let the chips fall where they may. My question is this: My only income is from unemployment compensation ( I live in Tx) can they garnish this money if I leave it in my bank account? This money pays for my car loan & my insurance. Can I open a bank account with my sister & still have to worry about garnishment. I appreciate the help so far & hopefully I won't have to bother any of you anymore. Thanks :)
