Did you send your letter certified return receipt mail? If so, you can take them to small claims court for vioaltions of the FDCPA. Get their daily phone calls on tape (real tape, not digital). If you didn't send it certified RR, it isn't too late to do it. The little green card is they key to peace. :) What state are you in now? Linda
