I've read so much about the SOL and it just gets more and more confusing. WhyChat's site is great and a terrific help.
My question is with the OC. If it is charged off and payments are made afterwards (but no written agreement is made), the account is brought up to date for one month but then falls behind again, does the SOL begin at the first delinquency or the last payment made?---in this case I can see the payments holding the account at an R-3 status for several months and then moving to another charge off status.
SOL is sooooo confusing.
