Equifax Disputes - HELP!

Hi. Over the last few months, I've been sending dispute letters to the big 3 CRA's. I've had phenomenal experiences with TransUnion, who has removed every item from my report that I disputed. Experian is a bit more stringent, only complying in about 25-30% of the cases. Equifax, on the other hand, appears to be on a crusade to refuse the removal of any negative information contained in their database. With each letter, I have received a reply (seemingly from the same person- "Glenn King") stating that the negative entry has been verified and will remain on my report. OK, first of all, are Equifax's record keeping and communication systems really that thorough, accurate and efficient that they can verify each item correctly within the 30 day window? If so, this is amazing, because personally, any time I ever try to contact a creditor regarding an account, I can never seem to get a hold of a human being, let alone verify highly specific information! Secondly--call me cynical--but I have a hard time believing that one person ("Glenn King") can personally investigate the thousands of inquiries that are received on a monthly basis. Equifax is an enormous company--there is only one person researching and investigating? If so, he deserves employee of the year for his dedication, tenacity, and round-the-clock work schedule. I get the feeling that I'm getting the proverbial blow off from Equifax, they are not really investigating my items, and that "Glenn King" is just a phantom they conjured up to give credence to their reply letters. Has anyone else encountered this problem with Equifax? Does anyone have any advice on perhaps another approach? Please post a message or feel free to email me!
