Ordinarily I agree 100% with Scott & Ladynred, however, here I think it would be better to just ignore the creep unless you actually receive something in the mail.

If he calls back, tell him that the phone # is being tracked, his call is being recorded, and you are filing a report with the telephone company and your State AG's office for fraudulent extortion.

He did not identify himself as "Camco" and although it is likely that it is them, it is also possible it is one of the many scavanger offshoots or "collect debts at home" swindles that are flooding the internet.

If you contact them with a serious letter, with your name and address, they will just put you into a different catagory of people to harrass.

Did you know that if you respond to a spam mailing with a click on the "remove me from future mailings" link, that your name and e-mail address are immediately upgraded to MORE spam e-mail lists, because you have RESPONDED.
