I have 10 letters from a CA who's broken almost, if not all sections of the FDCPA.

My question is this, in 4 of the collection letters, they make statements as follows, "This is your final opportuntiy to contact us before we proceed with furthr legal action by forwarding your account to our attorney", "it is our intent to pursue collection of this debt through every means available to us" and "the course of action we now take depends on your response to this notice".

The last 2 letters state, "If you continue to refuse to pay or fail to make satisfactory arrangements, we will instruct our client's attorney to begin legal action" and "If your account is not paid in full, your account will be forwarded to our client's attorney, with instructions to proceed with a Civil Law Suit".

Are there more serious violations other than the FDCPA when a CA "infers" they own a debt?

Any input is greatly appreciated.
