The advice I gave is the method used on creditnet, if you want to dispute with CRA's and have them actually investigate. It doesn't guarantee that they will investigate, however. There are no guarantees.

I don't understand what it is you want clarified - I even gave you the correct wording for the dispute. What don't you understand?

Sorry, there are NO guarantees, no magic wands to wave, it's a process. You try one thing, if it doesn't work, you try another. Sometimes you can catch them breaking the law, and if you do you can sue them and usually get them to settle for deletion. If they don't break the law and the OC verifies, you start over.
