Hey!! I have an MBNA account that I defaulted on. Approx. 5 years old. California debt. Can I request validation directly with MBNA? If its been sold, who do I contact regarding getting a copy of my sig, etc..?
If after 30 days they dont provide sig, can I send my letter to cra's demanding or asking for deletion?
thanks all..

I read a previous post by Patti stating original creditor doesn't have to validate. What exactly ddid she mean by that?
