To answer BOTH your questions, (please try to post all your questions or responses on the SAME thread) No it does not admit the truth of any information on your report, if you do not dispute it. Yes, it looks as if it would be ok to leave the address alone if they wll not update to a non US maling address, as long as someone at your "old" address doesn't getinto a credit problem. If the won't "update" the address to a non US address, you should send them a letter (CRRR) or the equivelant notifying them that the prior address is not yours and if they won't notate your report that you have a new address out of the US, they must at least remove the prior address as no longer valid. If you keep a copy of that, and proof of their receipt of your notce. You can help prevent any possible future problems. As to disputing incorrect information, and their refusal to send anything to your current non US address, I do not believe that they are entitled to refuse to correct errors because you are out of the US,however, I have not run into this before and will have to research it.
