If you have been served papers for a judgment, you must file an answer with the court. Your defense is that the repossession and subsequent sale were not carried out in accordance with the Tenn. Statutes. You had no notice of sale, you had no accounting of the charges or fees or commercially acceptable price obtained at the auction sale, you received none of the required documentation that would allow for a deficiency judgment to be entered against you.
