Any info regarding these card issuers?

This is a great site. Thanks for the help so far, everyone.
Due to income problems in the last four months or so, I have not been able to make payments on Visa and MC cards issued by the following: Citibank, Key Bank, Bank One (now First USA), Bank of America, Capital One, Chase Bank, JC Penney, Marshall Fields (Retailers National Bank), Federated Department Stores, and Target Stores (Retailers National Bank). I know, I know, that's a lot.
I live in Ohio. Does anyone know which of these issuers actually sue to collect, and in a Chapter 7 bankruptcy action, whether any of them challenge a discharge of their balances claiming fraud? I am confident they have no basis for alleging fraud, but am concerned about the cost of having an attorney fight such a challenge. Someone told me many card issuers are giving up on the Section 523 challenges to discharge because they usually lose and end up paying the attorney fees of the bankrupt debtor. Any info about any of those card issuers' policies and strategies, before or after a bankruptcy is filed, will be greatly appreciated.
