We had a 25,000 loan from my credit union. Paid it down to 13,000. Contacted them several times regarding selling the camper and car that are associated with this loan found out there was also a lein against my house for this loan. Needless to say the car is a 91 mazda worth about 300 they want 1300 to take the lein off the camper is a 95 and they want 2500 for that I only paid 3500 to begin with in 95. The credit union suggested rolling all my loans into one and having one easy payment ha. I am now told I am now told that they are in the process of filing a claim and sueing me, I have been out on disability on and off since june of 2002 and we had disability insurance for the loan when i contacted them in Jan to find out what I had to do now that we are in a new year i was told that we were being sued for non payment that the insurance company never recieved anything from me. my question id what can they do to me or my house it has a mortgage through someone else and didn't know it was with this loan also as a second lein. We live in ny state.
