As I posted before regarding my hubbys repo in 1998. The sol is 5 yrs in Oklahoma we now live in Az. Oklahoma is where the purchase and repo took place (he walked the car into the dealer and gave it back to them STUPID I know, and he now knows) My question is Ok sol law stand right? In 1999 calvary investments bought it from the original creditor. Does that mean when it comes to the 7 yr mark it will fall off the credit report from the original creditor but not calvary? Then they can wait another 3 yrs and put it back on the credit report? So that means it will never come off the report? They just can't get a judgement right? I am pretty sure they can't touch my credit or garnish my wages as they say they can. Hubby did this before we met and were married. I know the state of AZ is community state but what if it happened before we were married I am not responsible just because we got married in a community state right? I hope this post makes sence. I have so many questions and this site is really a nerve calmer. They have me so upset. They actually called the other day acting like someone from discover (my cc company) and asked me some weird questions. I knew it was them, I reconized the voice. I just hung up on them.
