Non-dischargeability challenges in BK

I have a whopping amount of CC debt and I may have to file for bankruptcy soon. I would prefer to file for Chapter 7, and get it all over with, rather than use CHapter 13. But I understand that, in Chapter 7, credit card companies can challenge the dischargeability of their claims based on fraud. I did not intend to act fraudulently, but I am concerned the card issuers will allege it anyway, hoping to beat me into a settlement.
A friend of mine who works in the collection business (believe it or not) tells me that MOST credit card companies have given up on challenging dischargeability, because the courts do not think much of credit card companies. He did tell me that MBNA and maybe a couple of other card issuers are still fighting dischargeability.
Does anyone out there know anything about this? Has anyone recently filed for Chp. 7 and had credit card issuers challenge a discharge of credit card debt based on alleged fraud? IF so, which card issuers went on the attack when you were in BK? Thanks.
