With balances like that, any of them are likely to sue you, especially MBNA and FirstUSA. That won't likely happen though until the accounts are charged off, which would happen at 180 days of non-payment.

With that kind of load and if you can't pay up, you might want to consider bankruptcy.

The SOL is TX is 4 years. That's how long they have to sue you.
