SOL Question

I realize that the SOL statute can be either where the debtor lives or "where the contract was entered into". I was a resident of S.D. when I applied for a credit card yet I used a N.D. mailing address (-where I worked) on the actual application. -So which state would be considered "where the contract was entered into"?
