FL has an unlimited homestead exemption, so your home would be safe at any rate. If your husband is head of household, then it possible they can't even garnish his wages. If your vehicles are paid off, the could be vulnerable, but if they are financed and you have little equity, there's little chance of them getting them either.

Your DH needs to answer the summons, and go to court, if he doesn't, they get a judgment by default and you have no chance of defending yourself or negotiating any kind of payment or settlement deals.
