First of all I would like to thank everyone here for the advice you gave me a few months ago regarding a "Law Firm" that sued me for an old credit card debt. We went to court and the judge dismissed the case with prejudice. I must add that I did hire a lawyer and I am glad that I did. I don't think I would have been able to handle it all myself. I have a quick question for those familiar with Fair Debt Collection Laws. Last night a collection agency called me regarding a credit card that was last used in 1995. The same person called three times within a 15 minute period. This occurred between approximately between 8:40 pm and 8:55 pm. The last time I didn't answer the phone and it went into my voice mail. He said something about how he was "not going to babysit you" (I have no idea what that was supposed to mean) "not going to play these game etc., etc. His final words were "Call me - I dare you." Would this be considered harassment?
