Why Chat and everyone! I am in a finalcial/debt situation that has been stressing me for only 5 months now, but seems like years! I did not mean to cause harm to anyone here or give misleading information! I speak only of my experience. I resent I have even posted to this board in the first place, now that my name has been completely shamed. I am in no better shape that anyone here and my financial/credit well-being is being distroyed as much or worse than anyone else as well. I have been reading many posts in many information sites and with a lawyers advice, I have decided to make the decisions I have made to rid myself of my finalcial problems. I have already recieved in writting all (Everything) of the information I need to be successful in my settling. It has been a very long, depressing road and I am soon to be free from it. Maybe I have an advantage, because my credit can't get me what I already have...but I do want to at least pay what I can to feel a self worth. If that means settling then, so be it! I am in no way associated with the original person that made this post, I just wanted to let everyone know that companies can/will settle for less and there are ways to stop it from going to collections. (If it does go to a CA in my situation, I will just have to deal with it then) Sorry if I offended anyone in the process, it was not my intent to do that! As for now, I am leaving and will not post here any longer. Thanks for all of your prior help, you really did make a difference in how I deal with finalcial things as I was and still am in the closet with everyone else about these issues, now I must deal with other things that are totally different. Good luck everyone! It was nice sharing with you and reading all of the posts of information. It really made me feel so "not alone". Well, back to the drawing board again. Again, I am sorry for any inconvenience, if I could take it back I would. Sometimes, it is best not to share all expierences. Now I am off to find myself again. Have a great 2003!

PS..if this post or the one prior keeps raising hairs, please remove it! It is not necessary to keep posting hostile messages. I will no longer be reading them and I don't want to be the reason for people to vent! We all have more important things to worry about. Thank you!
