I'm just a little confused as to how an old defaulted
checking account is classified/treated. Is it the same as
a credit card debt. In otherwords under SOL, I'm seeing
info on credit cards being considered as "open
accounts" but isn't this different because basically is
was closed by the bank for NSF and uncollected fees.

Also, I noticed in PA that the SOL is only 4 years and in
NJ it's 6. How does that effect me if I lived in NJ when
the "default" occured but now that I'm thinking about it,
I'm sure that I originally opened the account in PA.
