The SOL's for all three states, (ID, TX, WA) are 4,4, & 3. So, YES, if the last time you made ANY payments to the original creditors was 1998, then ALL of the SOL's have expired and you can tell them all to pound sand. You send them WhyChat's expired SOL letter (certified, RRR) and they should go away. IF they are dumb enough to sue you, you use the SOL as your defense and have proof and the suit will be tossed out.
