You can have items removed from your credit report if they are 3 years old or older. All you have to do is call Equifax or any of the agencies and dispute them saying that these items are not yours even if they are yours. Just lie your ass off and after 30 days of dispute if the orginal creditor does respond then the item is removed! yes you may have made the mistake of charging up your cards and could not pay them BUT if you lie and tell Equifax that the item or items are not yours they will take care of it! Yes it's lying but you have to look out for #1.
