Unfortunately there is no mandated time limit for them to provide validation. We set time limits in our DV letters, but there's no law that says they have to abide by that.

If all you got was a computer printout of charges, that is NOT sufficient validation.

Go to the FTC site and read the Wollman Staff Opinion letter. You should also do a search on Spears v. Brennan, that further defines what is proper validation. Then you send them another certified letter that says their feeble attempt at validation is insufficient and they have xxx days to comply or cease and delete.
