Well, Mr. Bill Collector, I don't know how YOU sleep at night.

If people of your ilk in the collection industry are going to use nasty and illegal tactics to humiliate people and rejoice in reducing women to tears, then we WILL use everything we have at our disposal to fight you. The FDCPA is on OUR side and we, as educated debtors, can and will use it to our advantage, as is our right to do.

I know CA's have a 'method' to collecting and intimidation and inducing fear is only one of those tricks in that dirty bag of theirs. The problem is, when you do that you cross the line and violate OUR rights.

Most people will try to pay their bills. The the collection and credit industry chooses to totally ignore that fact the economy sucks, the job market stinks, and the unemployment roles are bigger than they've been in years. You people expect blood out of a stone and you're ready to use the nastiest of tactics to push people into even harder times to get it.

Well, I'm sorry, and touch tooties - but I absolutley REFUSE to live in a cardboard box or eat nothing but mac and chesse just to pay a slimeball collection agency. Everyone I can help out with some education in their rights I can and WILL do.. if its to YOUR detriment.. well .. tough nuts!!!!
