They are NOT allowed to divulge anything about your accounts, or your anything of your father's for that matter, with ANY third party, its a violation, again, of the FDCPA !!!

Telling the CA over the phone that you can't take calls at work is pointless !!! Get together a Cease and Desist letter immediately and you tell them NOT to contact you by PHONE at home or at work, ONLY by mail. Get a fax number and fax the letter, use some service that will give you a confirmation of receipt. Follow-up by sending the same letter Certified mail RRR - or you can FedEX it and make sure you require a signature - gives you proof they got it.
