if you reject it you can rest assured the card will be cancelled no matter what they tell you .. theory here is that becouse of this arbitration crap working it ways thru the courts & the card companies will " most likely " lose this fight in the long run becouse according to experts binding arbitration was never meant to be used in this manner becouse your giving up all your rights to due process under us law by waving any AND ALL RIGHTS to ANY court hearings reguarding any matters with the credit card ( mostly defaults ) .. if you sign away your rights like their ( discover ) asking im betting you'll be bound by binding arbitration no matter what the high courts rule in the next couple of years on this matter , their ONLY trying to protect thenselves not you , dont sign but only my opinion .. kel .....
