The credits bureaus have on my report a chargeoff of a credit card that belong to my deceased mother. Even though I was a authorize user, I never used the card or even sign for it when she applied. They said because they have my social security, that I must have signed up, but I also used this same bank for many years, so somehow they attached my S.S to this account, I think. I thought I had this resolved a year ago, when I sent the death certificate to them twice, but now they have no record of this. Any suggestions on how I might resolve this.
