Send in a seperate dispute letter CRRR to each of the reporting credit bureaus where the accounts appear, one for each account.

Dispute the accounts as "not mine" no such account for this amount with these dates for this creditor.

Keep a file for each account, submit copies of your dispute ltters with copies of your green cards to your mortgage broker and request that the listed amounts of any accounts that have not as yet been deleted by the closing be escrowed.

As soon as you obtain a deletion letter from the credit bureau, you can have those $$ refunded to you. If an account is verified by the CRA's you can send a validation letter to the CA and request proof that the account is yours. Then, repeat the proccess with the CRA.

It may take a few months after the closing, but you will get your $$ back and get your house.

THEN, take the $$ you have saved and donate it to a homeless shelter or Habitat for Humanity.
