I was involved in a suit w/a CA. The CA filed for suit and a summary judgement. I kept answering back that I wanted some evidence of the debt or application of credit that I denied having. The judge denied the motion for summary judgement and set a court date. After several discussions w/the CA where they wanted me to settle and I kept advising them that I wanted evidence they finally dismissed w/o prejudice. The next day after I rec'd the notice they called me again for settlement. They said I should settle because they could sue again. I'm clearly in the right on this matter. I have no knowledge of the debt and the CA (and even the original creditor) cannot provide support. I don't want this hanging over my head forever. Can I sue to get the case dismissed WITH prejudice???
