Take your attorney's advice. In the case of your car, they probably could make it difficult for you if you didn't reaffirm, especally if you have equity in it. Same thing with the house. It is expensive to file copies of everythng in a BK proceeding, plus they need to get approval of the BK trustee for the agreements.
