Cap1 might, and you are borderline might, give you a card but do not expect over $300 or so and it has an annual fee. Also, they will pull all 3 credit reports so expect mucho hards. As for mbna, they like to see a couple years of credit cards on your report but if you are persistent and talk to a live person you may be able to talk them into it. The problem is they like to issue cards of $1500 or more and each time you call you get another hard inquiry. I am not sure what your equifax is but you could always try for a store card first through conseco. Carter lumber has been very generous and can go into the low 600s for approval. You may not use the card but a $1500 revolving store card surely helps. Also, you may want to also try target which also does equifax. Orchard bank has an annual fee and they at first pull experian with a soft inquiry to see if you qualify and then pull equifax with a hard for final acceptance. However, I got approved then declined and they are household bank which is bad news. You can also try bestbuy which is equifax most likely and my wife was accepted and also got a mastercard but I was not approved for a best buy card but they sent me a mastercard. Hope this helps.
