I have found out that Capital One is one of the easiest to get credit at. But after you apply and get accepted they will keep sending you pre approved offers to take out a second card. Sometimes they will charge an annual fee and sometimes not, and my experience is aprs from 14.99% to 18.99%. DO NOT go with Household or Providian, they are awful, awful companies.
