These crooks who have called you are BREAKING THE LAW!
If they had any legitimate claim they would not be using illegal threats and scare tactics.
There is NO way anyone can "take your possessions" even if you DID get a judgment against you.
In order for anyone to have ANY kind of legal claim -they would first have to file a lawsuit against you, in order to do that they would have to furnish evidence of their right to claim against you on this debt. THAT IS A "NO BRAINER".

These scumbag thieves have no more right to claim against you than my 2 cats!!(actually they would not harrass you THAT MUCH!)

Do not become a victim of these terrorist crooks.

Do not worry about Pa. judges, the Pa. laws about what is an "open-ended" account are quite clear.They are posted on my website.

The ONLY people you should be contacting are your State Attorney General's office of consumer protection, and your local Sheriff's office to file a complaint for criminal threatening and harrassment against these thieves.
