I have had some bad luck lately and about four of my credit cards will be charged off soon. I have a perfect credit report besides these, but I just cannot pay anymore.. I will still have about seven open c.c accounts, two car loans, and a mortgage in good standing though..
I want to know if these accounts are going to help me build my credit easier by having them open. Two of them, Foley's and Chase are at zero balances and I was wondering if I should close them out?
Also I have a total of 11 revolving accounts that are closed.. should I dispute these and get them off my record? I also have 1 Installment (car loan) that is now closed in good standing..
the Last thing is my mortgage was re-financed a couple of times and so there are three lines total for my mortgage. should I delete the two closed ones or does it not matter.. same with a Nextcard account. It has two line do to them being taken over by FDIC..
