If you entered into a settlement agreement, also called a stipulation or mediated settlement, it required that they NOT enter the judgmnt if you upheld the payment schedule.

If they DID enter a judgment shortly after you signed the stipulation, it is a breach, and the judgment can be vacated.

Before you pay your next payment, send them a letter, CRRR stating that you require them to vacate the judgment that they entered in error,or you will deposit the final payment to an escrow account and seek legal representation to take action against them for FDCPA violations and damage to your credit caused by their breach of the stipulated agreement.
