Actually there is a date on the letter. It says "Date Owed: 07-26-90". I lived in SC during this timeframe.

As far as the "mini-miranda" or the "Did it include the 'right to dispute' paragraph"....I don't see either. The only thing close to either of these is on the back of the letter and it says:

"We are required under certain State Laws to notify consumers of those States of the following rights. This list does not contain a complete list of the rights consumers have under Federal and State Laws."

It then list the rights of Mass., CO, MN, TN, and WI residents.

So to answer your question....I'm not sure :-)

So you think I should send the SOL letter instead of the validation letter? I'm just curious why?
